This competition is another chance for you to test your wit to find an amusing or insightful caption to go with this photograph. The caption could be in the form of a title, a speech, or a thought bubble for either dog. The choice is yours. Be as creative or surreal as you wish.
The winner will be the member who, in the opinion of the editor's wife, submits the most interesting or funniest caption.
The prize is this finely-made, enamelled, gold metal Basset Hound badge/pin - a real collector's item.
